Email me your team roster with player names, numbers, and positions. Even a simple spreadsheet or screenshot works! I just need the basic information.

Step 2: Pronunciation Check

You’ll record a quick read of all of your team names (on your phone is fine; sound quality doesn’t need to be great) and send them to me…that way, I know exactly how your names are to be pronounced and can get it right for you the first time! This is especially important for athletes with unique names or international players. Phonetic or written pronunciations can often be interpreted in multiple ways…this way, there’s no confusion.

CAN WE UPDATE THE ROSTER MID-SEASON?

Yes! If you have roster changes (new players, kids who left the team), I can record updates. Changes may have a small additional fee proportionate to the extent needed.

WHAT IF WE NEED CHANGES AFTER YOU RECORD?

One round of revisions is included in my pricing. If a player name pronunciation changes or you want to adjust the energy level, just let me know and I'll re-record those sections at no additional charge.
